1- Filling Out the Consultation Form:
Fill the fields and pick up a perfect time for the consultation.
2- An Appointment with the personal trainer:
You will discuss with your coach via WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Meet, or Phone.
During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss and define your fitness goals,
share any challenges you may be facing, and more. The coach will inquire about various aspects
of your lifestyle, eating habits, training routine, history of injuries, and more through
a series of questions.
3- Get your Training Program:
Following the conversation, a personalized program tailored
to your needs will be developed and sent to you via Whatsapp or Email within a few days.
Payment Methods: Face-to-Face(Sfax Only), D17, MobiFlous and Bank Transfer.
The Consultation will be made after sending us the transfer receipt otherwise it will be canceled.
